Teresa Woodland (伍德兰), founding principal of WuDeLan Partners, has been helping individuals and organizations in Asia and the U.S. perform to their best ability for more than 20 years. A strategic thinker, Teresa quickly grasps complex systems and processes, analyzes stakeholders, determines the underlying capabilities that will enable an individual or organization to achieve its goals, and then helps people and groups grow and achieve their goals.

From 1996-2004, Teresa served in McKinsey & Company’s Beijing and Seoul offices and McKinsey’s Learning Institute in Asia-Pacific. She helped Asian and Western consultants and clients strengthen their capabilities, build buy-in for strategic recommendations, manage change, and improve performance. Teresa also partnered with McKinsey’s Seoul office leaders to foster a culture that promoted
leadership development and enhanced client service.

Berlin Fang方柏林

Berlin Fang is an education advisor for Wudelan Partners. Berlin has extensive experience with management training, adult education, online learning and human performance technology. As an instructional designer, he has served organizations such as the International Financial Corporation, American Management Association, and many local as well as multinational organizations. He writes, edits or translates for leading business publications such as the Financial Times, McKinsey Quarterly, and Chief Executive Asia. He is also a contributor to a number of newspapers or magazines in China or the US.

She then taught in the US at the university level for six years. Dr. Liu provides multicultural insight into working, negotiating, and communicating between Asian and Western business people.
